Richard Sandoval joined the Institute for Economic Development in 2007. He is a Project Manager for the Southwest Trade Adjustment Assistance Center Working with Manufactures and Service firms to gain market share utilizing the Economic Development Administration cost share program. He began his professional career with the United States Navy serving in various capacities. Richard continued his service career with the Department of Homeland Security and the financial services firm Edward Jones. Richard holds a BBA in Business Management from Texas A&M University Kingsville.
