Lisa D. O’Briant, SHRM-CP

Operations Manager, LiftOff | Program Manager, WVET

Lisa has been with LiftFund for over a year, and is the operations manager for LifttOff, a co-working space, and program manager for the Women Veteran Entrepreneurship Training (WVET) program, which is funded by an SBA grant to support women veteran and mil-spouse entrepreneurs.  She is a well-rounded business professional with experience in community outreach, HR, operations, business development, and project management; in addition she brings a background of 10 years’ involvement as a liaison working in and around the local business and military communities.

She is a graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Sociology, and a SHRM-CP certification in HR.  Lisa grew up speaking both English and Spanish, is an Air Force brat, and has lived in San Antonio for over 20 years.  In her spare time, she can be found boarding a plane to explore the world, or hopping in a car to retreat with a camping trip off the grid.
