Project Director, Advanced Manufacturing Center at UTSA-IED

Henry has over 30 years’ experience in operations management, specifically in the manufacturing industry. The majority of these years were in Aerospace MRO government contracting with the DOD. He has also held roles as a Manufacturing Manager in the Oil & Gas industry as well as in the Home Building products industry.

Henry has filled numerous manufacturing positions related to day-to-day operations including Management, Quality Assurance, HSE/Safety, and Training. He has extensive operational management experience in Budgeting, Profit/Loss Accountability, and controlling costs related to Annual Operating Plans.

Henry holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration-Management from Our Lady of The Lake University and an A.A.S. in Aerospace Technology from St. Philip’s College.
